Prof. Doctorow

The US/UK/EU mainstream media (TV/news'papers':, i.e., mostly online descendants of what were once ink stamped onto paper/radio/etc.) all agree that the Ukraine, making all their own weapons from non-weapon items bought for them by NATO, are easily defeating the Russians: I saw a map showing that, in the first days of the war, the Russian Army were around Kiev, giving them the overwhelming majority of the Ukraine, but the brave Ukrainian Army have forced the Russians back to less than 25% of the Ukraine, and the Russians also lost a Russian Oblast (since recaptured by the Russians, but likely to be retaken by the Ukrainians). So the Ukraine are obviously winning this war.

The Russians are losing 10 times as many soldiers as the Ukraine, and Russia only has less than 25% of the Ukraine while the Ukraine are striking deep into Russia, destroying homes, military facilities, energy production facilities, & etc., so Russia can no longer sell energy to the evil nations of the world willing to buy Russian energy in violation of International Law that says Russia are not allowed to sell anything to anyone, especially Russian energy resources.

There are some podcasters who keep saying Russia are winning in the Ukraine, that the mainstream media are all owned by a very few corporations who hope to profit from the destruction of Russia and distribution of all Russian wealth as war reparations, all going to people like the owners of those mainstream media, but these podcasters say that isn't really happening, the mainstream media just make it up in support of their self-interest.

One podcaster who says that the total destruction of Russia is likely to happen is Prof. Doctorow, who says Russia is afraid that, if they strike any NATO assets, NATO will respond by nuking Russia, and that is too high a price, so Russia will only use weapons they are approved to use by NATO, lower grade weapons, and Russia must not inflict too much damage on the Ukraine, while the Ukraine are free to destroy as much of Russia as they can manage with those 'Ukrainian built' weapons (made from parts that all come from NATO, including Starlink navigation to get the Ukrainian weapons to wherever they will do the most damage to Russia).

Prof. Doctorow says that NATO are doing massive damage to Russia, while Russia are afraid to use any but their least lethal weapons, and NATO are helping the Ukraine find and draft as many candidates for cannon fodder as they possibly can.

So NATO are throwing everything they have at Russia who are fighting with both their hands self-tied behind their back, and Russia cannot possibly win this way.

NATO, meanwhile, say all Russian energy, gold, and uranium are all NATO property, and will soon be confiscated, and Russia are afraid to object, and so are taking no steps to prevent NATO from taking all Russian assets to enrich the NATO leadership.

Prof Doctorow says he hopes Russia will wake up in time, since he is not fond of what NATO are doing, but the world, including Russia, seem too afraid of NATO to try to stop them or even slow them down a bit.

Prof Doctorow says that if Russia do not start fighting back with the full force of the Russian military, NATO will overwhelm them, and this is what seems to be happening, with no sign that Russia dare do anything to stop NATO.

It wasn't much in the mainstream media how Russia took the Crimea back in 2014 (this has happened before, and it wasn't reported much then, either, only the massive and unnecessary losses by the Light Brigade charging a fortified Russian artillery battery, but the British still defeated the Russians and won possession of the Crimea in 1856). But Doctorow says the Ukrainians have cut off energy and food to the Crimea so most Russians are leaving the Crimea and going back to Russia, all the roads and railways have been destroyed by the Ukrainians, so Crimea has been lost again, just as it was in 1856.

(The mainstream US/UK/EU media don't say much about the Crimea, and nor does Russian news, so I have no idea what the current situation really is.)

Sailboats

Humans have had sailboats for at least 10,000 years. Those sailboats could only sail in the same direction the wind was blowing, so if the winds were west winds, the boats could sail east (or they could lower their sails and travel in whatever direction they wanted to row, but galleys require lots of oarsmen, and oarsmen require lots of food and water, so not much space for cargo or paying passengers).

For fishermen if there was no storm, the winds are seaward at dawn and landward at dusk, so they can use the sails going out to catch fish and coming back home, maybe catching a few more fish as they sail homeward.

But the Vikings wanted to travel west when the North Atlantic winds were mostly west winds, so they lowered their sails and rowed. We know they made it to Canada, started a small colony, and then all died out. Likewise in Greenland. Iceland was close enough they could carry enough stuff (including women, of course) to set up a colony that remains to this day in Iceland, but Iceland was about as far west as those old ships, mostly moved by oarsmen, could travel and set up permanent colonies.

Until the 15th century, when some Italian came up with a ship that could sail into the wind: with a west wind, the ship could sail south-southwest by south or north-northwest by north, and, by sailing between south-southwest by south and north-northwest by north, the ship could tack her way westward into a west wind.

However, no rich and powerful people in Italy had any desire to sail west, they wanted to sail east to fight the Ottomans (and claim all the Ottoman treasures for Christians who G_d wanted to have all those treasures), and when an Italian begged for a ship to sail west, he was refused.

And then the Spanish royalty threw a huge party in 1492 to celebrate the total defeat of Islam in Spain, and when that Italian asked for money to buy one ship, they gave him enough for three ships, and the Europeans began colonising the rest of the world (and figured G_d must have wanted them to do so).

Those sailing ships allowed Europeans to colonise just about the entire world, and also allowed Europeans to have huge naval wars over which European power would have which colony. And, of course, the colonists in the Americas/Western Hemisphere mostly declared independence from their European Imperial masters, and, logistics being what they are, mostly succeeded, with a few minor exceptions.

The US of A started as a British colony, declared independence, won, and then, in 1823, condemned colonialism for 75 years, until someone said no nation can be a Great Nation without colonies, so, in 1898, the US declared war on Spain based on the lie that Spain had attacked the US, and took over just about all of the Spanish colonies. Many in the US decided they hated being Imperialists and demanded that the US 'free' the colonies and make them into neo-colonies, with a faux 'Independent Government' that is entirely run from the US. Of course, a few of those neo-colonies refused 'independence' and remain colonies, and, after most of Cuba was made into a neo-colony, a small part remains a US colony/military base and prison, and the rest, with Soviet support, moved from an American neo-colony to a Soviet neo-colony to a state forced into poverty by harsh US sanctions (and, the US hope, will return to the kind of US neo-colony it was in 1955, with lots of resorts for US tourists, and lots of sugar and tobacco farms owned by US companies).

But the US have returned from a significant Imperial Power into an insignificant Imperial Power, with most of the US vassal states nominally 'Independent States' (with governments who always do what the US leadership order them to do, or else, are maybe killed, or maybe sentenced, like Noriega, to Life in the lowest basement of a US Federal Prison).

So now we're all hoping that All will soon for the Best, in this, the Best of All Possible Worlds (thanks to the brilliant American leadership of just about all the nominally independent governments of the entire world).

The US and Iran have starting shooting at each other, as have Saudi and AnserUllah, so what now???

I noted that, while both the US and Iran signed a MOU the Iranians believed the US had agreed to peace, while the US figured they had agreed to break Iran into pieces.

Many think the US are planning a ground invasion of Iran. After all, the wars in Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Korea were not being won by constant bombing runs, it took boots on the ground to bring those wars to a total US victory, and the top US military leadership have realised that and are getting ready for that ground invasion, preferably in July/August when the weather is perfect, there won't be any fierce rainstorms bogging the US troops down in fields of mud. The weather should be just about perfect: 120º. In the shade. Of which there isn't any.

The evil Iranian government are shuddering at the thought of US troops marching into Iran to mete out the punishment the Iranian leadership deserves as much as the German leadership did in the Nuremberg Trials of '45-'46.

And the US troops are ready, willing, and able to march in perfect weather, not a cloud in the sky, not a drop of rain to slow them down.

Meanwhile, the Ansarullah group in the Yemen, often called the Houthis, because some of the members of Ansarullah are members of the Houthi tribe, responded to perfectly reasonable Saudi bombings of the Sanaa Airport by a totally illegal bombing of a major Saudi airport. As large, and as rich as Saudi is, they mostly outsource their defences, and those to whom they normally outsource those defences are a bit tied up just now destroying Iran, so Saudi are not getting the help they expect and deserve.

So it's not clear how safe it is to fly into or out of Saudi now, since Saudi airports are now subject to illegal, unjustified bombings by both Ansarullah and Iran.  Not to mention the odd false flag bombings of Saudi Airports by those who know they need to give us further proof of why we must attack Iran and Ansarullah.

How the US/UK/EU know that almost every Iranian wants the Shah back, and are ready to overthrow the Ayatollahs with just a little help from their (US/UK/EU) friends

Back when the Shah was in charge, many Iranians came to the US. Some came with the Shah's blessings and some money, so they could live and study in the US and bring US technological expertise back to Iran, and some, like the Marandi family, came because they hated the Shah (but they probably knew not to say that), and lived quietly in the US until the Shah was overthrown, then they went back to Iran with a son who speaks perfect American (and now teaches it to students in Tehran).

In any case, the US/UK/EU interviewed all the Iranians living in the US/UK/EU, and all hate the Ayatollahs and want the Shah back. The US/UK/EU couldn't interview the Iranians in Iran, but if 100% of the Iranians in the US/UK/EU want the Shah back, simple statistics say that almost all the Iranians in Iran must want the Shah back, and are all ready to rise up against the Ayatollahs, remove them, and then welcome the Shah back with open arms. That's just simple statistics, so we know it must be true, and we are sure most of the Iranians are ready to overthrow the Ayatollahs if we just give them a little help.

Those who saw 50 million Iranians at the funeral for the Ayatollah and his family know they were forced to be there, all are secretly rejoicing that the Ayatollah and his family are all dead and can no longer terrify the Iranian people.

And the undecided Iranians, given the choice of having the US and Israel totally destroy everything in Iran, leaving all of Iran just like Ghaza, will be convinced by the bombing that they must support the Shah and get rid of the Ayatollahs, just so the Americans, who only want to bring peace and freedom to Iran, will be able to see that the good Iranians have gotten rid of the Ayatollahs, so they can stop bombing all of Iran to rubble and bring the Shah back to Iran. That's obvious (at least to all the leadership in the US/UK/EU, and they obviously know what is best for the entire world, even if some have the temerity to question their ability to understand simple statistics).

9/11: A Confession

On 9/11/2001 four planes were hijacked. Two were crashed into the World Trade Center, one was crashed into the Pentagon, and one was crashed into a field. Whodunit????

The official, September, 2001 verdict: it was all done by Afghan terrorists, so the US sent the US military into Afghanistan and drove the Taliban from power. The evil Taliban had banned  the growth of opium poppies, and the CIA got that business thriving again, selling the opium and heroin to Iran, Russia, and the PRC, clearly a good use of the poppies to weaken the evil enemies of the US, so good work on the part of the US military and the CIA.

But then, in the 2003 State of the Union Address, rated as one of the very best State of the Union Addresses ever by the Washington Post, Bush, Jr. announced that he had discovered that the hijackers were not all Afghans. The organiser and funder of the attack was Iran who paid and trained all the terrorists, and while many of the terrorists were Afghans, others were Iraqis and DPRK agents. A day or two later, Bush, Jr. admitted that he'd forgotten three more nations that had sent hijackers: Syria, Libya, and Cuba.

So in 2003, Bush, Jr. ordered the US military to go into Iraq, arrest all the government leaders and try them and execute them as the Allies did to the Nazi leadership after WWII. Ordinary Iraqis were imprisoned in torture camps, which they well deserved for the part they had played in the 9/11 attack.

And the US military are still in Iraq, but they did leave Afghanistan in 2021, after a brief 20 years. The US also decapitated the Libyan government, which was great. The evil Gaddafi stole American oil and used the money so Libyans did not need to work, they just sponged off US assets, but the US got back all that oil and gas and generously gave 10% to the UK and 10% to France for helping recover it, after which the Libyans went back to their traditional work in the aswaq aleabid (العبيد أسواق), which is much better than stealing American oil money. Also, where the evil Qaddafi had stopped people from using Libya as a gateway to Europe, Libyans began selling tickets to Europe, providing the European oligarchs with a huge supply of very cheap labour, so another great success and benefit to the world!

***

But I was at a dinner party in 2010 sitting next to a Saudi who spoke both Arabic and English, and he told me that, starting with the items from the '70s only recorded in 2004 in the the book, Confessions of an Economic Hitman by John Perkins. Mr Perkins starts his book with his recruitment in the early '70s by unknown persons working for an unknown organisation, and his first very well-paid job was to stand up, say '20%' and sit down. The Indonesians were convinced that a loan at 10% would return 20%, so a no-brainer. They took out the loan, the contractors took the money and left, so the net return was a whopping 0% and Indonesia owed the 10% interest annually, and had to sell subsistence farms, so the farmers starved to death, and mineral rights, and the waste from the mines was dumped in the water so many died from drinking poisoned water (or from thirst). And just about everyone in Indonesia is Muslim.

The second job Perkins records in his book was selling modernity to the Saudis. They had lots of money, and Perkins arranged for Pakistanis to come and do all the work so the Saudis could live like rich people, but word spread about what Perkins had done to Indonesia. The story grew until the mysterious company for which Perkins worked (the name and management of which Perkins says he did not know) was responsible for killing one billion Muslims and must be punished, and all of them worked in the World Trade Center, and they were protected by people who worked in the Pentagon.

And so, the Saudi told me that in many, many mosques, during the Friday khutba, the Imam spoke about the importance of punishing those responsible for all those billion Muslim deaths, and this started in the '70s and continued through the '80s and '90s.

And so 15 Saudis and 4 more Arabs hijacked four planes and destroyed the World Trade Center, did rather minor damage to the Pentagon, and crashed the fourth plane killing all the passengers.

This is a story that made perfect sense to me, since I had just read Perkins' book. Of course, while he only writes about killing Indonesians, he says other economic hitmen killed many other people the same way in many other countries, but a little geography shows that many were in Latin America, which has a very small population of Muslims, and in Africa, where, again, there are some parts with many Muslims, but many other parts where other religions predominate, so while many were killed by the economic hitmen, not too many were Muslim except for Indonesia, most were other religions. But the 'billion Muslims murdered' caught on in the Saudi mosques and khutbas, and so we got 9/11.

Or maybe it was all done by the CIA using remote control to take over and crash the airplanes.

But I heard a 'confession' from a Saudi who heard the khutbas and knew some people who'd been part of the plot, and I still believe him. And I knew some cousins of one of the hijackers, and they said they knew their cousin, an Arab, was definitely one of the hijackers. And I am reasonably certain none of those Saudis or other Arabs were working for the CIA when they hijacked those planes.

Still, invading Ira and Libya got us all their oil (well, 90% of all the Iraqi oil and 80% of all the Libyan oil), so that was a much better story than blaming it on the Saudis, who paid good money not to be accused, and, in fact, for all Saudi suspects (who might have helped plan but did not take part in the hijackings) freedom to return safely to Saudi.

And one can strongly suspect that the US people who were supposed to be preventing things like 9/11 looked the other way, either under orders or for a little baksheesh (or both).

US Take Full Control of Hormuz Strait!!! US Take Full Control of Hormuz Strait???

President Trump announced that the US have full control over the Strait of Hormuz, and will charge 20% for all the ships they allow to pass through the Strait. Iran will not be allowed to use the Strait, and the US will reimpose the total blockade on Iranian products: no one can buy anything from Iran or sell anything to Iran.

That total blockade was actually true from 1980 until 2021: a fleet of USN corvettes patrolled the Iranian ports, and any ship that bought any Iranian products was seized and sold, along with all that ship's cargo. Every year I would read about a ship being seized and sold for buying Iranian products, with the proceeds going to the US government.

Until 2021.

Then a fleet of Navy (not USN) Frigates showed up leading a huge number of tankers to an Iranian port, the USN corvettes decided that it would be prudent to depart, all the tankers filled up and, accompanied by the frigates, all sailed away. Since it is illegal to pay Iran in US$, they were paid in some other currency, a currency that could buy lots of stuff Iran needed.

We never heard anything about this while Biden was president. Actually, we don't hear much about it now that, under Trump, the US military have started bombing Iran and trying to block ships from buying any Iranian products. A few ships got stopped by the US blockade, but it was a long way from the coast of Iran, so many ships managed to sneak into an Iranian port, fill up, and sneak out past the US Navy without getting caught.

Last I heard, President Trump said the US now have full control of the Strait, but will not charge 20% for the ships they allow to sail through the Strait. Also, Iran managed to damage some of the ships that tried to sail under US protection, so the US are bombing Iran, but it's not clear how many ships are managing to traverse the Strait without Iranian protection, or how many are managing to traverse the Strait with Iranian protection, when the US have promised to stop all ships sailing with Iranian protection.

Net: the world keeps getting closer and closer to an energy Depression.

The US say this is entirely Iran's fault: they must agree to abide by all US decrees, which are all International Law, so they cannot trade with any other nation, and must return all the oil and gas in Iran to the legal (under US/UK/EU law) owner, BP. Also, most of Iran belongs to Israel, as does most of Lebanon, and Iran must support Israel's taking all the land that is rightfully theirs, everything from the Euphrates to the Nile. (Türkiye have already said they have no intention of handing any of Türkiye over to Israel, so the US might have to do some serious persuading to get them to comply with the new and improved version of International Law that the Zionists have the US government fully supporting, since they own the US presidency, almost all the US Congress, and the US Court system.)

In any case, the 14 point MOU, both the Iranian Version and the Trump Version, seem as dead as Senator Graham.

***

I was watching the news, and a retired US Navy Captain said the US defence system is 100% effective.

'But it misses 99% of the incoming drones and missiles,' said the interviewer, Rick Sanchez.

'Yes, 99% of the incoming drones and missiles are heading for empty space, so it would be a complete waste to shoot them down, we only shoot down drones and missiles heading for a valuable target, and our success rate is 100% for those drones and missiles. All those 99% we don't bother to hit just hit empty space and do no damage.'

I've seen other assessments of the US air defences that are not nearly as rosy, but the Navy Captain who was interviewed by Mr Sanchez must know what he's talking about, since he gets his official talking points in writing from the officer in charge of official replies to questions from TV interviewers.

Foggy, Foggy, Strait???

According to reliable news sources, a fairly accurate English translation of the Iranian 14 point plan was put before Trump and he signed it.

And then Trump immediately acted as if he and the Iranians had agreed to what I called the US 14 point plan, the one where Iran agree that the Straight is 100% American and they have no right to it, and all Iranian oil and gas belong to BP, not one drop gets wasted on Iran, and not 1¢ from BP sales of that oil and gas goes to Iran.

I personally doubt that Trump read the 14 point plan that he signed, since he didn't really care what it said, he just wanted the Iranians to give the US military a few days to get ready to attack.

The New York Times say the US Navy are managing to get quite a few ships through the Strait by turning off all transponders and sailing through at night so the Iranians have no way to detect their passage and so cannot do anything about it, and this will continue, greatly easing the energy crisis most of the world are facing. It is not clear to what extent this is true. We don't know if any ships made it past the Iranians or if dozens a night are making it through (in both directions) and things are now close to pre-war levels.

The US are a net exporter of oil, but US refineries are set up for one kind of refining, and the US oil exported is a kind not well suited for US refineries, so the US refineries mostly refine imported oil, and the US need Gulf and Venezuelan oil to refine. Venezuelan oil is no longer a problem, since the US have full control over the Venezuelan government. The US also have full control over the Gulf Arab State governments, but it's not clear how much oil the US are really able to sneak out past the Iranians. The US mainstream media say, 'More than enough!' but it's not clear if we can believe them.

Those who watched the funeral of the Ayatollah and his family saw many waving red flags, which Iran and Russia report are Revenge Flags. If Iran control the Strait, which they say they do and the US say they no longer do, they can force 'The World' into a Global Depression for lack of energy.

Of course, 'The World' does not include Russia or the PRC, both of which have access to energy, fertilizer, and helium without the Strait (plus, the PRC have had more ships transiting the Strait than any other nation).

The US/UK/EU mainstream media reiterate that the US/UK/EU are winning the Strait and the Ukraine, but, while they can write that the US/UK/EU are winning, they don't have a lot of hard proof.

So I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens next.

Memoranda of Understanding

President Trump and Iran signed a MOU, a Memorandum of Understanding, or just a Mis-Understanding.

According to Iran, the 14 points of the memo were:

1. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran and their allies in the current war by signing this MoU, declare the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon

2. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran undertake to respect each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity and to refrain from interfering in each other's internal affairs.

3. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran commit to negotiating and achieving the final deal in maximum 60 days, extendable with mutual consent.

4. Immediately upon the signing of this MoU, the United States of America will begin the removal of its naval blockade.

5. Upon the signing of this MoU, the Islamic Republic of Iran will make arrangements using its best efforts for the safe passage of commercial vessels with no charge for 60 days only from the Persian Gulf to the Sea of Oman and vice versa.

6. The United States of America undertakes with regional partners to develop a definitive, mutually agreed plan with at least $300 billion for the reconstruction and economic development of Iran.

7. The United States of America undertakes to terminate all types of sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the United Nations Security Council resolutions,.

8. The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms that it shall not procure or develop nuclear weapons.

9. Pending the final deal, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree to maintain the status quo.

10. The United States of America undertakes that immediately upon the signing of this MoU, the US will issue waivers for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products and derivatives.

11. The United States of America undertakes to make fully available for use the frozen or restricted funds and assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

12. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran agree that an executive mechanism will be established to monitor the successful implementation of this MoU

13. After signing this MoU, the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran will start negotiations regarding the final deal exclusively on the other paragraphs.

14. The final deal will be endorsed by a binding [UN Security Council] resolution.

Since Iran won the February-March war, these terms are reasonable.

According to President Trump, the 14 points were:

1. All of Lebanon belongs to Israel, and Iran must not attack Israel or any part of Israel or any US asset, military or civilian.

2. Iran must obtain the permission of the US do anything.

3. Iran must immediately comply with all their responsibilities under this deal, and the US will immediately have all the rights guaranteed by this deal.

4. Iran will comply with all US blockade orders.

5. Iran agree that they have no rights to the Strait, which is 100% owned by the US; the US can charge any fee they like for use of the Strait, and the US and only the US can say who can and who cannot use the Strait.

6. Iran must repay $300 billion to the US for the damages they have caused.

7. All US sanctions against Iran remain in full effect, and Iran agree not to violate any US sanctions.

8. Iran agree that massive inspections will start immediately to ensure that Iran cannot do any research in nuclear physics and have nothing with which they can develop any nuclear weapons. Iran cannot have any uranium, all Iranian uranium must be handed over to the US.

9. Iran immediately agree to the return of the Shah, the return of all Iranian oil and gas to BP, the legal owner, with Iran paying for all the oil and gas stolen since 1979.

10. Iran will immediately agree that all Iranian oil and gas belong to BP, and Iran will not steal a drop of this BP property.

11. The US will confiscate every ¢ of the frozen and restricted funds claimed by Iran.

12. The US will supervise the implementation of this MoU and ensure Iran are in full compliance.

13. After signing this MoU, Iran will agree to hand over all weapons and never acquire any weapons of any kind.

14. This deal will be ratified as a UN Security Council Resolution.

Since the US won and Iran unconditionally lost the February-March war, these 14 points are a minimum from which the US will start the 'reconstruction' of Iran.

***

Some may ask, 'So where do we go from here?'

Sadly, if Israel decide to nuke Iran, the oil and gas will be radioactive, and so can only be sold to third-world countries who can't pay very much, so a rather massive loss for BP. But if nuking Iran and Turkiye is the only way to keep Israel safe, obviously, the safety of Israel is more important the the few $$$ that might be lost.

***

I have an old Bible that says the children of Abraham have all the land from the Euphrates to the Wadi, the Wadi being the southern border of what was Palestine, and Abraham had at least two sons, so both sons' children have a right to that land.

My new and greatly improved Bible said that the Jews, and only the Jews, have been granted by G-d all the land from the northern tip of the Euphrates to the southern tip of the Nile, and G-d wants the US/UK/EU to make sure the Jews get every square meter of that land.

(The US are now waiting for the UK and EU to do their part to help the US bring peace and stability to the Middle East.)

Nukes?????

There is a rumour that Iran will soon set off a nuke. Where and how they got the nuke is not explained. Maybe the Fatwa from the late Ayatollah meant they got close to a nuke, but not quite across the finish line, but after his passing, his Fatwas passed with him, and they finished the job. Or they might have gotten some help from someone, not at all clear from whom.

The basic idea is that the US were threatening the DPRK until they set off what they said was a nuke on 9 October 2006. A large, underground explosion was picked up on all the measurement instruments that track such things, an explosion that might have been a nuke, or just a huge pile of conventional explosives. The US have been threatening the DPRK on and off since the PRC evicted the US military from the DPRK in 1951, when the US had been close to forming a united Korea as a US puppet state, something the PRC could not allow.

But the second DPRK underground explosion on 25 May 2009 was definitely a nuke, at least 2 kilotons.

That wasn't the last test, but it was enough. The US backed off, and no longer threaten the DPRK.

So many who think that Iran should be left in peace keep saying, 'If they don't have a nuke, the US will keep attacking, doing massive damage, killing lots of Iranians, including schoolchildren, and making the people desperate for the relief that will come when they accept a Shah back, as they were forced to do in 1953, and let BP have all the oil and gas. Legally (under US/UK law) all Iranian oil and gas belongs to BP, which is 50% US and 50% UK owned. Will the US give the UK half? We won't know until the US convinces Iran to surrender and accept a Shah and BP back.

But if Iran have nukes, the US will have to back off, so (again, just a rumour for now) Iran might be planning to set off a nuke, probably underground, as the DPRK did.

Back in 1945, no other country had the tools to detect the US test in New Mexico, but that is no longer the case, so testing a nuke is now enough to convince other countries to leave one alone, it is not necessary to bomb two undefended cities in a country already carpet bombed with conventional weapons and with their army and navy already almost completely destroyed.

And, of course, actually using a nuke could provoke a nuclear response, which testing nukes has (so far) only convinced other nations that it would not be a good idea to attack a nuclear armed nation.

So will Iran actually set off a nuke to convince the US and Israel to back off????

Meanwhile, Russia have been fighting NATO since 2022, more than four years. I watched various podcasts that said Russia were winning, and the New York Times wasn't saying much about the war in the Ukraine. But then, after a few months, the New York Times wrote that Russia, with old, poorly maintained Soviet weapons, were being destroyed by the Ukraine armed with the most advanced NATO weapons. Russia were unable to kill any of the Ukrainian military, only civilians in undefended Ukrainian villages, while most of the Russian military in the Ukraine had been killed, and Russia were desperately trying to round up young men to be forced to fight and die in the Ukraine. The Ukraine managed to attack and kill many Russians in Moscow at theaters and other such places. It did not look to the New York Times that Russia could hold out much longer: with their economy destroyed by sanctions, so they had no ability to build any new weapons, or even keep their cities running and their people fed, Russia had to collapse.

Reading the New York Times, Russia continue to suffer from a totally destroyed economy and keeps sending young (and also older) men to die in a futile attempt to annex a tiny bit of eastern Ukraine.

Watching the podcasts, it is the Ukrainians who have to send vans to capture young (and older) men and send them to the front to die.

But after four years, Russia have made little progress, only a tiny bit of eastern Ukraine, even if their losses have not been nearly as large as the New York Times reports (New York Times reporters get their news from the most reliable sources, the CIA and MI6, who have accurate intelligence on how the war is going, and we know they would never lie to the various US/UK/EU news outlets).

So, in desperation, several are suggesting that Russia should be escalating to nukes, something that will convince NATO to stop supporting the Ukraine, after which the Ukraine will have to accept Russian terms.

***

And the famous American newspaper reporter Seymour Hersh says that the US is thinking that the simplest answer to the Iran war is to nuke Iran. Obviously, the US have thousands of nukes so no one would dare respond with more than a not-too-harsh statement to the effect that the US might have responded with a somewhat less intense response to Iranian aggression, but not much more than that.

***

The US stated, after nuking Japan, that all their nukes were U₂₃₅ (U235 if subscripts don't work). I read a Disney comic book back in the '60s about how U₂₃₅ was the most powerful explosive in the world, that a tiny flake would cause a huge explosion that would fill the Grand Canyon.

But then, years later, I read about the Chicago Pile. The US finally admitted that one of the nukes was Plutonium, which is very easy to produce if one has 50 tonnes of yellowcake and metallic uranium (the US gave Israel 100 tonnes). I have seen the public US descriptions of how easy it is to make a U₂₃₅ bomb, in the hopes that everyone who wants a nuke will try to make a U₂₃₅ (U235) nuke, something we have no reliable record that anyone has actually been able to do, so the US keep repeating that that is the easiest way to make a nuke, in fact the only way to make a nuke with only a small amount of uranium. I recently watched a podcast that less than 5 kilos of U₂₃₅ (U235) is enough for a nuke, and is very easy for any nation to produce. The US have been saying this since 1945, but there is no hard evidence that anyone has ever actually succeeded in building a U₂₃₅ nuke (but the US keep lying that their 1945 nukes were U₂₃₅ and the easiest and best way to build a nuke is to use U₂₃₅).

The DPRK apparently had 50 tonnes of yellowcake and metallic uranium. Basically, every nation with 50 tonnes of yellowcake and metallic uranium that want a nuke have a nuke. Nations without 50 tonnes of yellowcake and metallic uranium don't have one, but the US accuse of them of being close to a nuke as one of many justifications to attack and claim all their resources as war reparations. Of course, if one wants all their resources, one can't actually nuke them, or those resources would be too radioactive to be of any value.

So the US accuse Iran of trying to build a nuke as a casus belli.

***

I worked in the US defence industry for several years. I have a STEM degree, so the US government kept giving defence contractors a lot of money to hire me. My contract said that if I quit, I had to repay the US.

My first day, they said, 'You were hired as a STEM person. We don't need any T or E, only S and M, Sales and marketing. Your quota is $250,000. Where are you going to get that money?' I had no idea, and they told me, if I had any decency, I'd quit because I was totally unqualified to do the job (they hoped I hadn't bothered to read my contract). So they had me dig holes and fill them up for a year.

I finally got a job where the government demanded they actually demonstrate a STEM result that they had claimed (but hadn't actually achieved) and my contract didn't have any requirement that I repay the government if I quit, so I solved their problem, got my pay cheque, and quit doing defense work.

The defence companies are all totally corrupt, so those US weapons that destroyed Iraq with minimal US losses don't work very well against a nation like Iran.

Also, Iraq were dependent on food and medicine imports, so the US sanctions (really, a blockade, which is an act of war) killed more than 500,000 Iraqis before the war started, something the US say was 'well worth it'.

But Iran grow their own food and produce most of the medicines they need (and they have had, since 2021, customers for their oil and gas who don't care about US sanctions, and who will sell Iran things they desperately need that are banned by those sanctions). So Iran are not suffering the way that Iraq suffered before the war started.

And the Iranian government did not fall as quickly and easily as the Iraqi or Libyan or Venezuelan governments, and they are proving that they do already have a nuke, not a U₂₃₅ or Plutonium nuke, a Strait nuke. And the US have tried everything their military can think of, but Iran still have their Strait nuke (using a Plutonium nuke would leave the Strait too radioactive to be of much use).

So where will the US go from here? No idea.

***

My guess is that Iran will stick with a Strait nuke and won't bother with a Plutonium nuke, and Russia will not nuke Ukraine: it's not like nuking a country on the other side of the world, the Ukraine are much too close to be a good target for nukes. Which leaves the US the most likely nation to nuke someone, and they have a history of nuking nations that won't be able to do anything about it.

8 June What a ceasefire????

Iran agreed to a ceasefire if the US and Israel would agree to stop striking Iran, Lebanon, and Ghaza. Of course, as Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says, the US is 'agreement incapable.'

So the US has bombed Iran in 'retaliation for Iranian strikes on the US military,' strikes that apparently came after the bombing that was in retaliation for those strikes, while doing nothing to stop Israel from bombing Ghaza and Lebanon, something Israel never promised to stop, while the US had agreed with Iranian demands that Israel would stop bombing.

Iran are now annoyed and have bombed Bahrain for hosting the US fleet and Kuwait for hosting the US aircraft that struck Iran, clearly unprovoked and illegal bombing by Iran, while the US and Israeli bombings are entirely justified, just ask any Zionist and they'll tell you that Israel have every right to all the land between the northernmost tip of the Euphrates to the southernmost tip of the Nile, and so, if goyim are stealing any of that land, the Zionists have every right to bomb those thieves, which includes the Turks and the Iranians, plus most of the Palestinians and the Lebanese.

Israel say they must totally eradicate those who killed Israelis on 7 October 2023, which means everyone in Ghaza, all of whom are guilty, and everyone in Lebanon except the top government officials who are Christian and Sunni, and who would be grateful to Israel if they would get rid of all the Shia in Lebanon, especially Hezbollah, and they wouldn't mind if Israel also took out the Christian and Sunni rabble, leaving all of North Beirut for the top Christian and Sunni elites (and the rest of Lebanon part of Israel).

Iran remain quite capable of striking Israel and all the Arab States bordering the Gulf with Two Names (it's the Arabian Gulf on the Southwest and the Persian Gulf on the Northeast, and has had those two names for as long as we have records in Arabic and Farsi). It is not at all clear how much damage Iran can do to Israel: very few Israelis have been killed or injured, since Israel have been preparing for war for years with lots of bomb-proof shelters where Israelis can be safe (not comfortable, but safe, so there are many complaints about having to spend too much time in the shelters).

The Arab States, unlike Israel who downplay as nonexistent, or at most minimal, all damages, deaths, and injuries, complain vehemently about the loss of property and lives and the injuries to many who were too near an Iranian strike. But the number killed and injured by Iranian strikes in the Gulf Arab States is very small. In Iraq there was fighting between pro- and anti-Iranian forces with a total of more than 100 killed.

The US bombing of Iran, in contrast, killed thousands of Iranians and injured many more.

The US say their strikes on Iran destroyed more than 30% of Iranian weapons, since it was difficult to destroy the buried and hidden weapons, but the US say that, with the intelligence gathered since the ceasefire, they now know how to destroy the remaining 70% should Iran provoke a US attack.

Iran say their weapons factories, hidden where the US cannot find nor bomb them, have produced enough new weapons they now have more than 100% of the weapons they had 28 February, and will do far more damage to the military assets of the US, Israel, and the Gulf Arab states still supporting the US if attacked again.

All US/UK/EU mainstream media report that they have checked and verified that all US claims are true and all Iranian claims are false, so, if the US decides to finish the job, to ensure that Iran cannot built a large nuclear arsenal and threaten the world, they will be able to do so by totally destroying all of Iran's military and nuclear capabilities. The pro-Trump media say Trump could finish the job, while the anti-Trump media say Trump is a worse than useless president who has not and cannot accomplish anything, but his successor will finish the job.

There is, of course, no reliable source who can guarantee that Iran's weaponry has been decreased by a third and the rest can now be taken out with little difficulty by the US and Israel or who can guarantee that Iran's weaponry has been upgraded and will do far more damage to US, Israeli, and Arab Gulf State assets than has already been done.

So, with all the claims and strident efforts to obscure what has actually been happening, we don't really know much. We know what we've been told, but some of us suspect that what we've been told could just possibly be false.

31 May: War or Not???

A friend says that the US must restart the war, but will wait until after the World Cup. However, Michael Hudson figures the US will start the war today, Sunday, 31 May 2026, or tomorrow, 1 June.

The US goal is control of all the oil in the world. Some say the Iraq war was a disaster, but it wasn't: the US got all the Iraqi oil, and generously gave 10% to the UK for helping. Some say the US got nothing out of killing Qaddafi, but, again, that's not true, the US got all the Libyan oil and gave 10% to the UK and 10% to France for helping (the French learned from the Iraq war that one should always help the US, since that pays better than not helping).

Syria was a little different. The US got all the oil, but there wasn't that much. The idea was to get rid of the horrible dictator Assad and replace him with a good, democratic leader like Jolani, a good Zionist who helped Israel with their 13 June and 28 February attacks on Iran (Assad had anti-aircraft that he used against any Israeli plane that flew over Syria, so Iran had to fly around Syria or, if the target was in Syria, use expensive missiles rather than cheap bombs, so he was obviously a horrible dictator and anti-Semite who had to go).

In any case, Iran has to go. All Iranian oil was discovered by UK developers, so it was all UK property until Prime Minister Mosaddek nationalised the oil in 1951. After WWII, the UK was too weak to get rid of Mosaddek, but MI6 knew to ask the CIA who arrested Mosaddek, made the Shah supreme leader of Iran,  and the Shah returned all the oil in Iran to the rightful (under US/UK law) owners, BP, now 50% owned by the UK and 50% owned by the US.

Great! But then, in 1979, the Iranians, led by an Ayatollah, overthrew the Shah and not only took all the oil, they took every American in the Embassy in Tehran hostage. President Carter sent a rescue mission that was destroyed by a desert sandstorm, so Carter lost the 1980 election and was replaced by President Reagan who paid a big ransom to Iran and got all the American hostages released.

But the Iranians kept all their oil, totally illegally under US/UK law,, so the US blockaded Iran, making it impossible for anyone to buy any Iranian oil or sell Iran anything like food or medicine. The blockade of Iraq killed about 500,000 Iraqis, and the US said it was well worth it to get all the Iraqi oil back in the hands of the legal (under US law) owners.

But Iran grows enough food to prevent starvation or even malnutrition, and enough medicine for the most common diseases, so the Iranians dying from no access to medicine was not nearly as many as in Iraq (and Iran have a larger population).

So the US keep pressing on to get that oil returned. As Trump says, no president has been able to get that oil back, but he's making great progress and will get it all bacdk and will remove a horribly anti-Semitic government of Iran that condemns Israel killing Arab terrorists like the babies in Gaza and South Lebanon (but he still doesn't have the oil back).

That the US will attack again to get their (and the UK) oil back seems certain, but whether it will be before or after the World Cup is anyone's guess.

27 May: What's Next?

The US have offered Iran that they will accept Iran's complete surrender, in the mind of the US, a very generous offer, since the alternative is to eliminate Iran completely.

Iran keeps playing their Strait, while Trump holds all the Uno cards.

It should be noted that, while this is denied, Iran had some surreptitious help from Russia and the PRC: devices to block Starlink terminals and lead Iranian forces to the holders of Starlink terminals, which had quite an impact in December 2025 and early January 2026. And it is not clear if Iran produced every last part of the missiles that destroyed the US military bases in some of the Arab Gulf countries and struck somewhere in Israel. The world can see the damage to US military bases, since the Arab Gulf countries allowed news agencies to film the damage, but we have no idea how much damage those missiles did to Israel, since no one except the Israeli government is allowed to know the extent of that damage.

It is not altogether clear why the US and Israel stopped bombing Iran, although running low on bombs may have been part of the reason. Iran managed to go up the escalation ladder, doing more and more damage (that we know) to the US military bases and the Gulf Arab states as the US and Israel bombed Iran, until it seemed to the US (and maybe Israel) that a ceasefire was called for.

But the US keep demanding that Iran hand over all weapons and all uranium with unlimited US inspections to verify that all weapons and uranium have been turned over, and also agree to allow free passage through the Strait (of course, if Iran have no weapons of any kind, it would be difficult for them to have any impact on ships passing through the Strait, which is the idea). After which, the US would be able to select the leader of Iran, and would insist on someone like the new leader of Venezuela, who would agree that all Iranian oil and gas belong to BP, the legal owner under US/UK law.

For inexplicable reasons, Iran have not yet accepted that generous offer from the US.

So, at this point, we have no idea what the US and Israel will do. We know Israel plan to annex the southern part of Lebanon, maybe all of Lebanon, destroying all of Beirut, making it unlivable, after which a new, Israeli city will be built, one where only Israelis are allowed to live.

Israel say all they want is what is rightfully theirs, which, as the US Ambassador to Israel agreed when talking to Tucker Carlson, is everything from the Euphrates to the Nile.

The Iranians say that part of the terms to which they insist Israel and the US agree is that Israel must withdraw from Lebanon and Gaza and stop all military action in both. Since the US and Israeli terms are that Iran must cease to exist, there seems to be rather a large distance between the minimal demands of the parties involved.

And it is not at all clear what, if anything, Russia and the PRC will do to help the three parties come to some kind of peaceful settlement.

18 May: When (and Who) Will Strike Iran???

Several 'experts' say the US want the attack on Iran to be on a weekend, so the stocks can't crash as the strike appears on the news.

But the 2025 strike was very early on a Friday, not long after midnight. That strike, the US were not involved, only the Israelis, and they killed all the top generals with drones, having found out where they all lived and destroying their homes. They also tried to kill the Ayatollah, but he wasn't home, and the President, who was home, but the drone failed to kill him, and his injuries were described as minor.

The 2026 strike was on a Saturday, but the day was not picked by Israel and/or the US, it was picked by the Ayatollah, since he believed that it was best to be martyred during Ramadan. The most senior generals were hidden, but Israel had bought one of them and he revealed the secret room where they were to be to meet with the Ayatollah, then he excused himself from the meeting and called the Israelis to say all the senior generals were in the room he'd told the Israelis about, and the Israelis bombed the room and killed all those generals.

Of course, all those generals had a second in command, so the seconds immediately took over control of the military, and Iran have detailed plans for what to do when the Ayatollah in charge dies, so the promised total collapse of the government and military, and the uprising of all the Iranian people predicted by massive polls of all the Iranians in the US/UK/EU didn't seem to be forthcoming.

What was forthcoming was a massive Iranian attack on US bases around the Gulf with Two Names (the Arabs all call it the Arabian Gulf while all the Persians call it the Persian Gulf), an attack that did $billions of damage to American military assets. This attack by the Iranians was totally illegal under international law, while the US/Israeli attack was totally legal (the US, not Iran, get to say what International Law is).

Net: we have no idea what day the US and/or Israelis will attack Iran, but an attack is considered certain by the Iranians and many other observers.

17 May 2026: When Will the US Resume the War on Iran???

The US ran out of bombs and agreed to a ceasefire, officially, to give the Iranians time to surrender before more schoolgirls were killed.

Under US law, every one of those young schoolgirls died because she was forced by the Iranian government to attend a school for terrorists, so the Iranian government are entirely responsible for the deaths of all those young girls.

But, as of now, the Iranians still, illegally under US law, have gated the Strait of Hormuz, opening it to ships they like for no payment or a small payment, and closing it to ships they don't like or that refuse to pay the toll.

President Trump says that President Xi agrees that the Strait must be open, and supports the American military effort to re-open the Strait.

The PRC do not seem to totally agree with the official US position: they want the Strait open, but, of course, the Iranians have said it is completely and totally open to all PRC ships, and, in addition, after what happened in 2021, the US Navy are not seizing any PRC oil tankers.

In any case, Israel have it in their version of the Torah that all of West Asia legally belongs to Israel, and intend to take it all, including Iran. And they expect the US to help them.

Trump would prefer peace, as one saw if one looked, but then the men in dark suits and dark glasses had a little talk with him and said that, if he does not go on camera and order war, he'll get the same great funeral that JFK got.

So Trump ordered war. The war on Syria got rid of Assad, who was an anti-Zionist, and replaced him with Jolani, a good Zionist who says he totally supports Israel and let them fly over Syria to attack Iran in June 2025 and February, March, and April 2026.

And, with full support from Jolani, most expect Israel to strike Iran again, very soon, with the full support and cooperation of the US.

9 May 2026: US fired on 7 May, as predicted, but not much. 16 or 17 May???

President Trump is scheduled to meet with PRC leaders on 14 and 15 May, so no big attack on 7 May, a date predicted by some for the resumption of US/Israeli attacks on Iran. A few shots were fired by US Navy ships on 7 May, and shots returned by Iran, but nothing much.

The PRC have been helping Iran, so Trump doesn't want to be in the middle of a major war during his visit, and so the attack that the Zionists want seems to be postponed until after the visit, and it is said that whoever is really in charge prefers weekend attacks that won't shock the markets. This theory is contradicted by the fact that Trump announces peace shortly after some punters bought puts on oil, and then announces that the peace initiative failed after the punters cashed their puts and bought calls on oil. How much Trump (or his close family members) made on the markets is unknown, but someone seems to have known about the declaration of peace and the nullification of that declaration and made a lot of money from that knowledge. Anyway, just good business: it has always been the case that the big boys (and now the big girls like Pelosi) have access to information denied to most of us.

All the Zionists keep saying that Iran must be destroyed, they are a mortal threat to everyone in the US, they are only a very few days away from nuking the US. And some believe them.

Trump has declared total victory several times. I've heard him say, 'We've destroyed the entire Iranian Army, Air Force, and Navy and all their weapons, and we've killed all their leaders.'

But he's never added the obvious, 'so now we can go home and forget all about Iran.'

Sadly, the Zionists keep pointing out that Iran still control the Strait, in spite of having no army, navy, air force or weapons, so the job isn't done, and won't be done until there is no Iran on the map.

And the Zionists are in control of the US of A (and, a fortiori, Trump), so the war will definitely continue after Trump gets back from the PRC, but when, exactly, the war will resume won't be clear until the bombs start falling.

7 May, Will the US Start the New War on Iran Today?

Trump declared that the US war on Iran, called "Epic Fury" had ended in April.

The US Constitution says that only Congress can declare war, but, with nukes, the idea was that war might last half an hour, and it takes Congress at least a day to convene and vote, and the war would be over (with the US losing) before the Congress could even gather, let alone have the House and Senate agree on a Declaration of War and pass the declaration. So the Congress voted that the US President can declare a military operation, but he must get Congressional Approval before 60 days.

Trump's 60 days started on 28 February, so they ended in April. Trump did not go to Congress, but a few days ago, he said the operation ended before the 60 day limit, it was over, done.

So now Trump, probably under orders from Bibi, is planning to start another war, and the rumour mill says the new war is scheduled to start today, 7 May.

Will the US try a land invasion? A massive bombing run? Trying to shoot some Iranian fishermen?

No one can be absolutely certain that the date of 7 May is the confirmed date for the next iteration of a totally new military operation against Iran, an operation that US President Trump has every legal right to start, since the old operation was closed before the 60 day limit.

We might find out if the rumour about a new military operation against Iran is true early on 7 May, or perhaps late on 7 May.

And it is possible that nothing of military interest will happen on 7 May.

But we will find out soon enough.

Trump wanted to nuke Iran?????

We have videos of General Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, leaving the White House with his head down. There is wide disagreement about what this meant.

The best story (not most accurate, but best as in 'most news worthy') is that Trump wanted to nuke Iran, but the procedure for nuking required that Caine verify the nuke, and Caine refused and stormed out of the White House, leaving Trump unable to nuke Iran.

There are a lot of Trump haters who hated Trump when his only big public appearance was doing The Apprentice, a show many loved and many hated. They want anything that makes Trump look bad.

I saw Trump try to keep the US out of the war to overthrow the Syrian government. Twice! Two times, Trump ordered all US troops out of Syria, but he was put up three times to talk about the US in Syria, and the third time he ordered US troops into Syria to overthrow the government. The overthrow didn't happen until the last year of Biden's presidency, but the US managed to remove Assad and replace him with Jolani, a good Zionist who gave Israel all of what had been Syria south of Damascus, and shut down all Syrian air defences, so Israel can fly over Syria to attack Iran.

So most agree that it's great that Trump was moved from his stupid anti-war stance to a 'destroy every nation in West Asia and North Afrida and give all their lands to the Zionists!'

We have no idea what really happened that caused General Caine to storm out of the White House, nor do we know if Trump can do the right thing, as the US did in 1953, and change the evil government  in Iran to a good government that will return all Iranian oil to the rightful owner, BP (50% owned by the US).

I remember, back in 1973, watching the old Shah on TV saying the world needed to conserve the precious oil that was running out, meaning BP had to pay him more for Iranian oil. So the US found a cleric in Paris whose only goal was making sure all Iranian women dressed in black and covered their hair, so the US got rid of the Shah (who was dying of cancer) and put the Ayatollah in as the ruler of Iran.

Only the Ayatollah didn't return all the oil, he wanted to steal it, make it all Iranian oil, sell it, and use the money for heaven only knows what, but whatever it was, stealing BP oil was obviously terrorism, and the US started planning how to get rid of the Ayatollah. And the Iranians took all the Americans in the American Embassy in Tehran hostage, and President Carter's attempt to rescue them resulting in some American soldiers dying in a sandstorm, so the American voters chose Reagan who had promised to pay the Iranians to release the hostages. After Reagan took office, he paid and the Iranians sent all the hostages back to the US, so the US put on sanctions and a naval blockade so the Iranians could not sell any of their stolen BP oil (owned 50% by the US and 50% by the British).

Until 2021 when a navy that was much stronger than the small US fleet blockading Iran came protecting a fleet of oil tankers that bought, paid (a fraction of the market price) for, and filled up with just about all the oil Iran had available for sale.

The US remain determined to return every drop of Iranian oil to BP, but Israel don't care about Iranian oil, they just want rid of Iran, so a discussion is going on between the Israeli leadership and the American leadership: the easiest way to get rid of the evil Iranian oil thieves is to nuke them, but then all that oil will be too radioactive to use in the US/UK/EU, so it can only be sold for a tiny amount to third-world countries that don't care if their drivers and passengers get radiation poisoning, so the owners of BP are not fond of that good Zionist solution to the problem.

Barring nukes, no quick solution seems available, and the Zionists don't want to wait, so we'll just have to wait and see who is stronger: the owners of BP or the Zionists.

My Arab source is sure Israel will eventually use nukes, and they'd like the US to use at least one as well so it won't be all Israel, but the US are reluctant to use even one small nuke, so my Arab source says he thinks they will pither around until late May before nuking Iran.

Pausing for a Month???

The person or persons really running the US of A had Trump, the designated Announcer of Official American Policy, say there would be a 'ceasefire' ending yesterday, Wednesday, at around 12:01 am Washington, DC time. But sometime around 11 pm Tuesday, Trump announced the ceasefire would be extended by a month, but the US blockade would continue, costing Iran more than $500 billion a day in income until they cannot continue as everyone, including the Ayatollahs, are starving, so they will have to surrender and agree to all the US/Israeli terms.

Official US sources say that US blockade have stopped all traffic to Iran, no oil is being sold, no food is being bought, so a month of such sanctions should force surrender without the US having to waste good taxpayers' dollars bombing Iran.

Foreign sources say quite a few ships are making it to and from Iran, since the US blockade is enough to stop one ship every few days, and the ships they're stopping are mostly empty. Of course, only the US sources always tell the the TRVTH, the whole TRVTH, and nothing but the TRVTH, so those Iranians rioting in the streets every night waving the Islamic flags that have the name 'Allah' written where the old flags, used when the Shah was in charge (as a US puppet), had a lion holding a sword, are only waving those 'Allah' flags because they couldn't find any of those lion flags, and they all want the Shah back.

As a primitive people, the ordinary Iranians have no use for the oil and gas that legally (under US/UK law) belongs to BP, a company 50% owned by the UK and 50% owned by the US, and all those ordinary Iranians are desperate to return to the simple life under the Shah and the CIA/MI6-run Savak that kept all the oil and gas going to BP, a little money going to the Shah and Savak, and the ordinary Iranians living the simple, pre-industrial life. (Sorry, times change, so update that 'CIA/MI6-run Savak' to the new status of a CIA/MI6/Mossad-run Savak, with Mossad, now really in charge, politely taking third place.)

The big question is, what happens next? The Zionists running Israel, many rich enough to fly to Epstein's Island, where they spent their time on the Island doing the hard work of running the world, are not willing to waste a month during the promised 'ceasefire,' which is only planned to be long enough to move the troops and materiel into place and get the Iranian guard down, then they certainly won't wait the entire promised month, but will strike. According to my Arab sources, they'll almost certainly use nukes.

As I've said before, US oiligarchs don't like that solution since their oil and gas will be too radioactive to sell to Western nations, so they'll have to sell it all at deep discounts to Third World nations. But those whose money is mostly from other sources than oil and gas figure the nuke option will be the quickest and easiest way to solve the Iran problem and let the Russians and Chinese know that, if they step out of line, they'll be next, so a great plan, and one those really in charge will probably use at a time when it is least expected and Iran is as unprepared as possible.

Dee Lie Leh?

Prof Mearsheimer says the world desperately needs an agreement that returns Persian/Arabian Gulf Oil to the world market, or we'll be facing a Global Depression that will make 1929 seem like a very minor economic setback.

As Prof. Mearsheimer says, the US desperately needs a deal: Iran have been sanctioned and unable to sell their oil for many years, while the world got about a third of the energy resources needed from Arab sources, but now Arab products are mostly blocked by Iran, and the US military are unable to break the Iranian block, so the world is now getting about 30% less oil, gas, fertilizer, helium, etc., etc.

Which leaves a couple of solutions. One is to accept Iran's demands, and let all the Persian/Arabian Gulf products back on the world market. The alternative of trying to live without those products is something close to a total collapse of the world economy, as in mass starvation, caused by a massive reduction in the total number of gasoline/diesel powered vehicles and all the stuff they deliver, plus much less food production because of the lack of fertilizer, and the inability to manufacture lots of the items we desperately need that cannot be produced without helium.

The only way to not appease Iran and not have the world's worst Depression seems to be the Samson Option. Reliable sources have photos/videos showing the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Kane, leaving the White House with his head down; unreliable sources interpreted that head down as meaning General Kane was very angry/disturbed by Trump's announcement that he plans to use nukes on Iran.

Of course, the US doesn't have to be the nation to use the nukes, Israel is quite capable of nuking Iran, with or without a US joint nuclear strike.

It is certainly looking like Delilah has done her work and Samson is now blind, and ready to pull down the pillars in the Temple of Dagon.

An Arab friend predicts Israel, with or without the US, will nuke Iran before the end of April, which is only 9 days away, and the ceasefire officially ends 22 April.

***

After the 9/11 attack in 2001, President Bush, Jr announced that all the hijackers were Afghans, members of the Taliban, none were from Saudi Arabia, and he sent the US military into Afghanistan, where they made great improvements in things like agriculture. Afghanistan, before the Taliban, had been a big producer of opium, but the Taliban had put an end to that valuable crop. Fortunately, the US and allies fixed that, returning Afghanistan to a major producer, along with many other great improvements. But, in 2003 President Bush, Jr gave what the Washington Post calls one of the best State of the Union Addresses ever, when Bush, Jr noted his big mistake in 2001 saying only Afghanis were involved.

In fact, Iran planned and funded the attack and trained all the 9/11 attackers, who were not all Afghans, but also included Iraqi and DPRK terrorists (to which, a few days after the State of the Union address, Bush, Jr. also added Libyans, Syrians, and Cubans).

It was in 2007 that General Wesley Clark said that he remembered hearing sometime around 20 September 2001 that the US would take out "seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.'"

The US got all the oil in Iraq, Syria, and Libya, that we know of (and gave some to the UK and France for helping).

We also know that the British did the exploration and development of all the oil in Iran from around 1900 until 1951, when Prime Minister Mosaddek stole all their oil, and the UK were too weak to take it back. Iran had never been a British colony, the legal Head of State was an ethnic Iranian, the Shah, but the Entail was made and revised by the British, and they replaced Shahs they did not like with Shahs that they did like. But by 1951, the UK were too weak to do anything, so they had the US go in and gaol Mosaddek and returned the ownership of all the oil in Iran to BP, which was split 50/50 between the UK and US. All went well until the Ayatollah stole that oil in 1979, and the US have been trying to get it back ever since.

So the US want Iran back under the Shah, all power taken from the Ayatollahs, and all the oil returned to BP.

But that oil won't be worth much if it is too radioactive to use safely (well, the US could still sell it to third world nations, but would probably have to give a great discount). So the US do not want Israel to nuke Iran, unless that is the only alternative available: better a nuked Iran than a free Iran that might give ideas to other nations.

So we are very likely to see the Samson Option before the end of April.

Straight Flush???

As several have noted, Iran have been trying to acquire a Weapon of Mass Destruction for 40 years, and, on 28 February 2026, they had one: the Strait of Hormuz. At least 20% of the world economy requires the traffic of energy, fertilizer, helium, and other critical products that go through that Strait, and Iran, which never touched that Strait before 28 February 2016, the day the US and Israel killed the Ayatollah, Iran blocked the Strait and said no ship could use it except those ships allowed by Iran.

Insurers would not insure ships going through the state, and ship owners will not risk a ship that is not insured, so the world are facing a major depression in about four to six months unless Iran relents.

Iran did relent when Israel stopped bombing Lebanon, for a whole day, when Israel continued to bomb Lebanon while promising (or being promised by the US) that they would stop, then closed the Strait when the US and Israel did not fulfill their agreements with Iran.

So the world economy is back on course for a Depression that will make the US Great Depression of 1929–1941 seem like a very mild recession.

And we're still waiting for the Samson Option, which an Arab friend predicts will happen before the end of this month. Not that the Samson Option will necessarily leave a usable Strait, but at least there won't be many Iranians to continue rejoicing in their victory over Israel and the US of A, so Israel and the USA will be able to rejoice in their 'victory'.

US-Iran War Over, Iran Lost???

According to the Western Media, the war is now over and Iran lost. Iran have agreed that they will no longer impede any ship that wishes to pass through the Strait, while the US will continue to limit the Strait to only non-Iranian ships that did not do any trade with Iran. And Iran will hand over all their uranium and weapons.

Great ending to Iran's attempt to challenge the US, the strongest military power the world have ever seen, and probably the strongest military power the world ever will see.

Oops.

Iran demanded that there be peace in Lebanon, and Israel have stopped waging war against Lebanon, at least for now (not clear just how long).

Iran are still in control of the Strait. No military ships allowed, and no enemy merchant ships, but non-military ships may pass if they apply for and receive permission from Iran to pass the Strait.

And the ships Iran have been allowing to pass have sailed past the US blockade without any problems, including ships that bought items from Iran, and Iran are selling oil, gas, fertilizer, helium, and other essential items.

So clearly, a complete and total victory for the US, and a complete and total surrender for Iran.

Getting Closer to Samson???

The official US news is that 99% of Iranians hate their government, and, with just a teeny bit of help from the US, they will take over and end one of history's greatest injustices: Beginning around 1900, the UK explored, drilled, and developed their oil fields around the Gulf with Two Names (it's the Persian Gulf on the northeast side, and the Arabian Gulf on the southwest side, and has been for a very long time).

Then, in 1951, the evil Mosaddek stole all that British  oil, but the UK, after WWII, was not the powerful empire that it had been, it had already lost the Raj, their most valuable colony, and were rapidly losing the rest of the British Empire, so they asked the US for help, and help they were given. The CIA went in, arrested Mosaddek, put the Shah back in as head of state instead of a figurehead, and put the CIA/MI6-led Savak in to keep the Shah in power and keep all the oil as property of BP, now 50% UK owned and 50% US owned.

But the Shah got cancer and scruples and talked about preserving the oil for future generations, so he had to go, and Iran was given to an Ayatollah in France who was only concerned with keeping women in their place in Iran, he didn't care about the oil which would return to BP control. So the US/UK put the Ayatollah in power, and he declared that everyone in the US embassy was a hostage. President Carter had no idea what to do. The rescue mission hit a sandstorm and all were lost.

Reagan offered the Ayatollah a lot of money to keep the US embassy personnel hostages until Reagan won the election and took office in '81, when President Reagan would give Iran a huge ransom for all the hostages, and the Ayatollah agreed, so Carter lost the election, Reagan won, paid Iran, and got all the US hostage safely back in the US.

Anti-Ayatollah Iranians found it very easy to get US visas and passports, and they and their kids all want Iran to get the Shah back (the Shah says, once the US makes him the ruler of Iran, he'll stay in the US and act as sovereign and make sure whatever the CIA and Mossad want, he'll make the official Law in Iran).

Anyway, the US ordered Iran not to miss the meeting on 15 June 2025, but they missed the meeting, so Israel attacked Iran on 13 June 2025 for missing the meeting on 15 June 2025, killing all the Iranian generals and professors of nuclear physics (or, as Walt Kelley said, 'new, clear, fizzicks, not so new, not so clear, and nary a fizz). Then Israel bombed Iran for 10 days, then the US totally obliterated all the Iranian nuclear bomb development facilities, Iran retaliated by sending one missile to the US base in Qatar, and the 12 Day War was over.

Then, December 2025, the US Treasury Secretary went to all the international currency computers and crashed the Iranian currency, making it worthless, so no shop could replenish any of the stock they had sold, and customers could not buy anything, and peaceful protests started, soon joined by peaceful protesters sent by Mossad, the CIA, nd MI6, well-armed peaceful protesters who shot police and other protesters, all coordinated with Starlink terminals that let Mossad, the CIA, and MI6 tell them where the weapons were located, and where the next riot was to take place to kill off all the Iranians who supported the Ayatollah and did not want the Shah to resume being Supreme Leader of Iran. Good plan, but the evil Russians and Chinese gave Iran devices that could block Starlink, so those peaceful protesters could not ask where to find the weapons they needed for their peaceful protests, and those devices let Iran find all the Starlink terminals and arrest all the peaceful protesters.

So the planned attack on 14 Jan 2026 had to be postponed until 6 February, but the Ayatollah said he'd be at home on 28 February talking to all the top government officials, so the attack was rescheduled (again) for 28 February.

One Iranian general was a good Mossad agent, and he knew where the generals would be when they were talking with the Ayatollah on 28 February, and he told Israel and the US, so on 28 February, during the meeting, the US and Israel took out the Ayatollah and all his family, and all the generals (the good general working for Mossad excused himself from the meeting and left just before the US/Israeli attack), and the Ayatollah and all the Iranian generals were removed, making it very easy for the good Iranians to take over and install the Shah and Savak as …

Oops. The old Iranian government had survivors who took over, and a few of them are still running the Iranian government.

My Arab friend (who has a US passport) says Israel will use the Samson option before the end of April, and a lot of the podcasts I watch figure he's right.

Some figure Trump will order a US nuclear attack on Iran, but most figure it will be Israel on their own, they have at least 300 nukes, and maybe some of those are thermonuclear (all secret, so no one knows, but we're likely to find out before the end of April, 2026).

How Close are We to Sampson????

The US sent Israel about 100 tonnes of uranium/yellowcake. It takes about 50 tonnes to make a bomb. Israel is estimated to have 100 to 300 nuclear bombs, just nuclear, not thermonuclear (they say).

Enough of the people responsible have talked that we're pretty sure this is a fact, and it took the US only 50 tonnes of uranium/yellowcake to make the first three bombs, one tested in White Sands, New Mexico and two tested in Japan at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It seemed like they killed a lot of people in Japan, but then they made much bigger thermonuclear weapons, but none of these have ever been used in war, so the record for deaths is from their use in Japan.

Not clear if Israel has any thermonuclear weapons. Anyone with more than 50 tonnes of uranium/yellowcake can make a lot of nuclear bombs, but it takes hydrogen to make a thermonuclear weapon.

Basically, every country that has 50 tonnes of uranium/yellowcake and wants a bomb, has a bomb. The nations with no nuclear bombs either lack the 50 tonnes of uranium or just don't want a bomb. And Israel has at least 100 tonnes of uranium/yellowcake, so we can assume they have some bombs, exact number Classified TS/SCI/NOFORN, but probably between 100 and 300, and maybe some thermonukes, or maybe not.

So, it's looking like Israel needs to nuke Iran, and the big question is, 'Will the US help, or leave Israel to nuke Iran all by themselves???'

There doesn't seem to be any question at this point of 'Will Israel nuke Iran?' only  a question of how many of their 300 bombs will Israel use?

Japan would be forced to concede defeat after the USSR joined the war on 8 August, but it took time for the details of the bomb and the USSR invasion to reach the Japanese leadership, so the US dropped another bomb before the Japanese surrendered on 15 August.

But the US only had 3 nuclear bombs in August, 1945, one to test and two to drop on Japan, while Israel have at least 100 and probably more than 300, and some of those might be thermonuclear.

So not much will be left of Iran, but the oil will be too radioactive to use, and the US have been at war with Iran ever since the Ayatollah stole all the Iranian oil from BP, which is 50% owned by the US (and 50% owned by the UK), so the US want the oil with few or no nukes, while Israel figure it's more important to ensure that Iran can never again challenge Israel, and if that takes carpet nuking, then so be it.

After which, everyone knows all of West Asia and much of North Africa will be Israeli, and all the goyim will be strongly encouraged to leave if they don't want to end up like the Iranians.

Trump: Worst President Ever?????

People like Judge Napolitano and his guests condemn Trump as the worst president they have ever seen, but I fear they need a visit to their ophthalmologist.

I watched President Trump, during his first term, order all US troops out of Syria.

OK.

Then, another press conference, and, again, President Trump ordered all US troops out of Syria.

Why two press conferences to give the exact same order?

Then, another press conference, and this time Trump ordered US troops into Syria to steal all the oil, and promised that this would not cost the US anything.

So what happened?

Obviously, there was a Teleprompter, as there has been a Teleprompter for the US President for about as long as Teleprompters have been available. As I recall, President Reagan used notes, but that was more than 35 years ago.

So Trump tended to ignore the Teleprompter, and failed to say what he was supposed to say and said something else, but if important persons came to the White House without the usual speech announcing their arrival and how happy the US was to see them, a few people were annoyed, but no real damage was done.

However, ordering the US troops out of Syria when the Teleprompter said 'into Syria' is not allowed.

So the staff tried explaining this to Trump, and told him he had to do it again, and this time read the Teleprompter.

But, for a second time, Trump ignored the Teleprompter and ordered all US troops out of Syria.

That's when the men in dark suits and dark glasses had a little talk with Trump and told him, if he didn't want to read the Teleprompter, no problem, he'd get a great funeral, just as good as JFK's. And they made it clear that their predecessors had gotten rid of Kennedy for not doing as he was told, and they'd be very happy to do the same for Trump.

Trump, however, tossed a bone to his voters, he said, 'I order the troops into Syria to steal the oil. This won't cost the US taxpayers anything, in fact, it will make money and reduce taxes.'

This wasn't what was on the Teleprompter, 'I order the US troops into Syria to bring freedom and democracy,' but it was enough, the troops went in, they stole all the oil and wheat, and with no money to pay the Syrian Arab Army, Assad was easily overthrown by Julani, who promptly gave Israel the right to fly over Syria, something Assad never allowed, and gave Israel all of Syria south of Damascus, which is a good start, so Julani is a good Wahhabi Zionist, and one cannot think of a better president for a nation like Syria.

The day before he started his second term, Trump said that the US must stop spending money on the Ukraine, since it was destroying the US. The day after he started, Trump said that Russia must get out of the Ukraine or the US would destroy Russia, and, in spite of 'peace talks', the US keeps giving more and better weapons to the Ukraine to drive all the Russians out. After all, all the oil, gas, gold, and uranium in Russia really belongs to the Western oligarchs who helped Trump get elected and are now telling  him what to do, so Russia's war against NATO in the Ukraine is supposed to destroy Russia so all those assets they are stealing can go back to the rightful owners.

Likewise Iran: Mosaddek tried stealing British oil in 1951, when Britain was much too weak to do anything about it, so they asked the US, who arrested Mosaddek and returned ownership of all Iranian petroleum products to BP, the rightful owner, with the UK giving 50% ownership to the US. This went very well until 1979 when the first Ayatollah took over and stole all those petroleum products, so the US sanctioned Iran: no one can buy anything from Iran. A US Naval blockade stopped all oil tankers who tried to carry Iranian oil out of Iran until 2021, when a fleet of oil tankers accompanied by a naval fleet managed to buy all the oil Iran had available for sale. Not only that, a few of those oil tankers are still buying Iranian oil, since Iran are still selling to selected buyers, but US bombing runs mean no large fleets of oil tankers can safely buy Iranian oil, only a very few.

Trump, of course, says, more or less, whatever he has to say, not quite with the words they want him to use, but he still says what he has to say, since he's not yet ready for that funeral they give former presidents, and he's trying not to get that great funeral they give to presidents who die in office.

As Judge Napolitano says, the US senior military analysts have been saying, 'Don't attack Iran!' for many years, and every president before Trump listened, but Trump ignored their advice.

But what that means is that the people giving Trump orders figured this was a good time to attack. The attack was planned, well, first for Friday, 13 June 2025, but that didn't work out too well, so the US and Israel called it quits after 12 days and started planning for a more effective attack.

They destroyed the Iranian currency in December, 2025, and riots started, first by some of the Iranians most severely affected by the currency crash, then those were joined by about 40,000 well-armed rioters with Starlink terminals so they could get their orders (and directions to the piles of weapons) from their Mossad/CIA/MI6 handlers, it it looked like the Iranian regime might be overthrown. Only the evil Russians and Chinese gave Iran some anti-Starlink devices that disabled all the Starlink terminals and guided Iranian forces to the locations of those 40,000 paid rioters who were arrested.

Clearly, Iran murdered more than 80,000 innocent, peaceful, unarmed protestors, and I know this because I read it in the New York Times and the Guardian and watched it on CNN, BBC, France24, and Fox News.

So the planned 14 January attack by Israel and the US on Iran was postponed until 6 February, and then the Ayatollah announced a big meeting on 28 February when he would be at home and the top generals would be in a 'secret' meeting place. Mossad and the CIA and MI6 got to work and paid a top general who would be at the meeting, and he told Israel and the US where the meeting would be and excused himself from the meeting, then the Ayatollah's house and the meeting place were bombed, taking out all the Iranian leadership, so, of course, …

Oops, the Iranian government reconstituted itself and began firing drones, huge numbers of them, at Israel and the Gulf Arab states hosting US military bases. The US expected this, so soldiers had been moved off the bases and into hotels, but some of those drones went off near those hotels, and many went off near the airports.

Clearly, firing drones at Israel makes the Iranians much worse than the Nazis, and firing at peaceful, innocent Gulf Arab States was a war crime. The Iranians have proved by their actions that they are evil incarnate, viciously attacking innocent, peaceful Jews and Arabs without the slightest provocation, and they must be destroyed (and all their oil and gas absolutely, positively must be returned to BP).

What Iran Did that Forced the US and Israel to strike on 28 February

I had planned a trip to the Arab Gulf, on 28 February 2026. The Arab Gulf is the southwest part of the Gulf with Two Names, the northeast part of which is the Persian Gulf, and the Arabs on the southwest of the Gulf have been calling it the Arab Gulf (in Arabic) for many, many years, while the Persians (now Iranians) on the northeast have been calling it the Persian Gulf since the time they called themselves Persians.

But, as my plane was approaching the Arab Gulf, it made a U-turn and flew back to the airport from which I'd come, since most of the Arab Gulf airports were closed because the evil, bellicose Iranian were attacking for no reason.

The Iranian claim their attack was provoked by the US and Israel killing all the Iranian leadership while they were fasting during Ramadan in Tehran. Being Shi'a, they figure it's Great to be Martyred during the Islamic month of Ramadan, so they scheduled a big meeting of all the Iranian leadership on a day in Ramadan, which started on 18 February and lasts for 29 or 30 days, depending on whether the Moon Sighting Committee does or does not see the moon on the 29th of Ramadan on 19 March.

In any case, all the Iranian leadership scheduled a meeting on 28 February, and announced the meeting, so, probably during the 11 February visit of Netanyahu with Trump, they agreed to kill off all the Iranian leadership, leaving Iran without a government, after which the CIA/Mossad/MI6 would direct their agents in Iran to attack and take over, then the US and Israel could bring the Shah back, put him in charge, and all the stolen Iranian oil would be returned to the rightful owner, BP.

Great plan, what could possibly go wrong?

Well, it seems the Ayatollah had the government arrange for replacements for everybody. The Ayatollah almost certainly expected to be martyred, and it is likely the other leaders knew martyrdom during their meeting was very likely, and figured it was time to go straight to Paradise for being martyred during Ramadan.

And the people who took over Iran after the former government were all killed, for no reason anyone can understand, started shelling the Arab Gulf states, all of which had US military bases, which were hit. The US military, knowing that whoever took over Iran, before they were dispatched by the Revolution that would give Iran back to the Shah, might be able to fire a few missiles and/or small drones at the US military facilities, had the soldiers staying in hotels, and, the Gulf Arab states being full of Iranians, Iran knew which hotels and struck those hotels, but no one is saying if any US troops were injured, the US only admit that 6, four named and two nameless, were killed by Iranian ordinance that hit the Gulf Arab states.

The US advises all Americans to avoid the Arab Gulf for now, and those stuck there to try to remain out of sight, and try to get out ASAP.

The US and Israel say the strike was a complete success, the entire Iranian leadership were taken out, and the return of Iran to rule by the Shah should be accomplished very soon. Trump wanted full victory in four days, but those four days are now estimated to be four weeks months, after which several have said that the US will declare total victory and withdraw.

The US spokespersons assure us all that they have destroyed most of the Iranian weaponry that could hit US assets, but maybe not quite all of it, so there might be a few more strikes by a few very small, impuissant weapons.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. The Iranians haven't been able to do much damage to US military assets, while the US continue to bomb Iran, taking out most of the important Iranian military facilities like elementary schools, hospitals, and apartment buildings filled with people, and those terrorist facilities that were bombed were then 'double tapped' to kill not just the resident terrorists but also those trying to save those terrorists (and we know that those elementary school girls, hospital workers, and others killed by the US and Israeli militaries were all terrorists, since the US and Israel military never target civilians, only criminal combatants, and the Iranians had more than 260 criminal combatants under 12 years old, so the US and Israel did great work taking them out to protect the good, honest, peaceful seekers of the return of the Shah, and who will work hard to extract the BP oil and hand it all over to BP).

The New York Times report that the girl's school was really an Iranian Naval Base, disguised as a school, with 265 human shields kept there to discourage an attack, but the US military would never refrain from destroying an Iranian Naval Base, and all the students and teachers who died were victims of the Iranians who used them as human shields, the US military were innocent as new born babes, and they've been tried and acquitted (well, acquitted, no need for a trial when their innocence and the guilt of the Iranians is so obvious).

A total of about 1,400 Iranians have been killed by the US and Israel since 28 February, good work by the US military; however, the brutal Iranians murdered 6 Americans who were just doing their jobs keeping peace in Iran and returning all the Iranian oil to the legal owners, BP, which will be a major accomplishment by the Trump presidency, keeping the price of oil below $500 a barrel, with every ¢ going to US oiligarchs.

What is happening with Iran???

Saturday, 28 February, I was trying to travel and my plane was diverted as the skies were closed in a lot of West Asia, and I ended up stuck with no computer and no Internet.

It seems that, last year, Netanyahu and the other people really running the US agreed to attack Iran on:

First, it was going to be 13 January or 14 January, only the evil Russians and PRC gave Iran the technology to stop Starlink and track down all Starlink terminals, so Iran rounded up the people with 40,000 Starlink terminals given to foot soldiers with the Mossad/CIA/MI6 officers in charge safe in Israel, the US, and the UK.

So the protests petered out, and the US and Israel decided they'd better postpone the 13 Jan attack until 5 Feb or so, then they decided they'd better postpone until ...

The CIA (we're told) found out that there would be a big meeting of Iranian leaders on 28 February, so the US and Israel decided to kill all the leaders, the Ayatollah in his home apartment building, where a massive shelling by missiles killed most of those in the building, the Ayatollah and his family, including a small granddaughter, and also all the Iranian leaders meeting in a government facility. The war went very well from that point, since Iran had no living leaders, so no one to resist the US/Israeli attacks.

Oops.

The seconds in command  took over immediately after the former leaders were killed. The permanent replacement for the Ayatollah has not been chosen, but a temporary replacement took his place until the Council can choose a permanent Ayatollah/Leader, and the replacements for the secular leadership took over and ordered old drones and missiles fired at US resources in the Arab Gulf States (it's legally the Gulf with Two Names, the Persian Gulf on the Northeastern Coast, and the Arabian Gulf on the Southwestern Coast). So the airspace was closed, and not clear when it will re-open.

Iran keeps firing drones and missiles, and a few US planes were downed with the US military in the planes parachuting to safety, but the planes were lost. The Bahrain US military base is well-basted by the Iranian strikes, and CIA headquarters in the UAE were targeted.

The US are running out of ammunition. US and UK ships have been hit and stopped from carrying their oil to the purchasers, so the price of oil is rising rapidly, as is the price of gold. Not clear what happens to the US$. Not clear how high oil will go.

And not clear what the US and Israel can do to regain control of the situation.

Actually, that's not true, Israel can use what they have been calling the Sampson Option: nuke Iran until there is nothing left, all the oil too radioactive to use, and no government of any kind, all of Iran reduced to radioactive rubble.

Not clear when this will happen, but no one expects Iran to just surrender, and that's the only way they can prevent Israel from nuking them back to nothing.

After 5,000 Years, the End of Persia???

I just watched Col Douglas MacGregor analysing the current military situation in West Asia. He notes that, for multiple reasons, the US military are very short on ammunition. I've tried to explain that, as a defence contractor for several years, the US military mainly exists to pump $trillions into the pockets of those who really control the US government, and, while a few weapons systems and the ammunition they need to operate get built, not very much of those $trillions gets wasted on such things, most goes straight into the pockets of the real US decision makers.

Meanwhile, Iran showed that ???

Actually, we don't know. Israel swears that only one Iranian missile hit Israel and killed 24 people who had not gone to a bomb shelter, clearly an act of genocide, the legal definition of which is "killing all or part of a recognised religious-ethnic group," of which there is only one. Israel killing all the Palestinians, all the Arabs, all the goyim, or whatever, is not genocide under the legal definition, but must be called "self-defence".

But Russian and Iranian propaganda sources all say that Iranian missiles did significant damage to Israel, damage no one has seen because Israel bans all post-attack photography. And Iran were being careful to avoid escalating the war, carefully avoiding doing too much damage to Israel, hoping Israel and the US would not respond with too much of an attack on Iran.

After 11 days, Israel asked the US to stop the 12-Day war, so Trump and Iran agreed: the US would bomb three sites, agreed in advance, and then Iran would respond with one missile hitting the US military base in Qatar at a time and specific location agreed in advance, so not much damage was done to Iran or the US military base, no one was killed, and the 12-Day War was over.

This time, Col MacGregor says, after the inevitable attack on Iran by either the US or Israel or both, Iran will start to totally destroy Israel, taking out all major resources. This is somewhat limited, since Israel moved some of the government from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and Iran cannot do any strike that endangers the Al-Aqsa Mosque, but a lot of Israeli vital resources remains outside Jerusalem, and all those will be targeted, and the only way Israel can defend themselves is with a massive nuclear strike that will totally obliterate Iran.

Israel can and almost certainly will do this, given the alternative, if any war starts at all.

As Col MacGregor states, Trump is being forced by Netanyahu to attack Iran, or at least to support a conventional Israeli attack on Iran. This, we know, is not true. Trump is just reading the Teleprompter which has whatever the people really running the US want him to say. We saw that his first term when he stated, firmly, twice, that all US troops must leave Syria.

Then, after the men in dark suits and dark glasses asked him if he really wanted to be the next JFK, and these are the successors to the people who killed JFK, Trump agreed to just read the Teleprompter.

And again, on 19 Jan 2025, we saw Trump say that, if the US did not withdraw from the Ukraine, the costs of the war would destroy the US. Trump had already been elected, so this wasn't a lie told to win the election, it was something Trump intended to pursue. Then the men in dark suits and dark glasses had another little talk with Trump, and he then said that Russia must completely withdraw from the Ukraine or Russia would be destroyed.

So Trump has been taught to just read the Teleprompter.

We don't know, yet, if Trump will attack Iran, or if Israel will attack Iran. Col MacGregor figures it's a certainty that will result in the total destruction of Israel, but he forgets that Israel is one of the world's biggest nuclear powers, even though it is a tiny nation. The DPRK probably have fewer than a dozen nukes, just enough to convince the US not to try any regime change, but Israel has hundreds, maybe thousands of nukes, all built with the assistance and acceptance of the US. And, if mortally threatened, Israel will use those nukes.

After which, few in the West will miss Iran.

This also has the great advantage that the PRC will be cut off from a lot of the oil they need to keep their economy running at the current level.

So removing Iran will serve both Israel's purposes and those of the US, so it seems very likely we'll see the first use of nukes to totally destroy a country (the nukes the US used in WWII were only to impress the USSR, Japan surrendered after the USSR declared war on Japan a few days after the nukes were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki).

There is, of course, one way out of this: the people who are really in charge might know that any war with Iran will result in Israel dropping much of their nuclear arsenal on Iran, and they might not want this to happen. Then they will come up with some way to declare 'victory': They will find something to which Iran can agree, something, anything, meaningless, something Iran have no trouble agreeing to, and then Trump will read off the Teleprompter, 'We have achieved total victory over Iran without a war!!!'

That's our only hope.
